Rodents (Rats and Mice)

Although not physically dangerous, rodents spread diseases and can contaminate food. They are one of the most destructive pests, as they must gnaw on things regularly to keep their teeth from growing too long. The noises you may be hearing in your roof and walls when you have a rodent problem is usually them gnawing on water pipes, ducting for your heater, electrical cables and plaster. In some cases rodents can also cause water damage or fires from gnawing on water pipes or chewing through electric cables making them an issue that must not be ignored.
